MicroCloud Hologram, a Nasdaq-listed Chinese technology services provider known for LiDAR and holographic technology services, acquired 140,268 shares of Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy, worth $15.76 million through capital-linked structured notes. The shares were transferred into the company’s name and recorded as investment assets, giving it indirect Bitcoin exposure through Strategy’s equity. MicroCloud Hologram also disclosed a $200 million investment in Bitcoin-related derivatives and said it holds 2,353 BTC on its balance sheet, adding direct digital-asset exposure to its broader strategy. The company’s shares rose approximately 5% in pre-market trading before closing up roughly 2.8% at $1.82. The investments expose MicroCloud Hologram to Bitcoin-linked volatility, Strategy’s business performance and the risks of derivatives, while supporting its broader focus on blockchain development, quantum computing and other emerging technologies.
