HireQuotient said Alliance Building Services used its EasySource platform to close more than 35 specialized, heavily regulated roles, reclaim 70% of the manual effort previously spent on sourcing and reduce time to close by more than half. The New York City building and facility services provider also consolidated spreadsheets, legacy databases and disconnected point solutions into one AI-native applicant tracking system. The release separately describes an initial two-week deployment period that produced a 60% faster average time-to-hire, creating a discrepancy with the broader claim of a reduction of more than 50%. Alliance manages more than 60 million square feet of commercial real estate, transit hubs and venues including Citi Field, and hires regulated personnel such as licensed security guards and union building superintendents. EasySource combines semantic and contextual search, automated candidate discovery, credential verification, multichannel outreach, scheduling and onboarding. Its event-driven architecture is designed to trigger workflow steps in real time, while a closed-loop process feeds retention and shift-performance data back into sourcing and screening models. HireQuotient said the deployment reflects growing demand for recruitment automation in deskless and high-turnover industries and follows its strategic partnership with Paylocity and induction into Paylocity’s partner marketplace.
