C3is Inc. will release its second-quarter 2026 financial results for the period ended June 30 before the New York market opens on Aug. 27, 2026. Management will present the results, operations and outlook during a conference call at 10 a.m. ET, with a live and archived webcast available through the company website. By the end of the second quarter, C3is owned five vessels with total capacity of 260,671 deadweight tons, comprising three Handysize drybulk carriers, an Aframax oil tanker and an MR product tanker. The company took delivery of a second contracted product tanker in the third quarter, increasing total fleet capacity to approximately 311,431 deadweight tons.
