Two violent home invasions in France in April 2026 resulted in the theft of $667,000 in cryptocurrency. On April 17, attackers stole 7.2 BTC valued at approximately $557,000, and on April 20, about $110,000 more from a second victim. The suspect, operating as M1llionz and RichM1llionz666 across Telegram and TikTok, laundered the proceeds through Chainflip and KuCoin, converting portions to USDT. ZachXBT's investigation traced the funds to Exodus wallets, a Telegram channel named EMPIRE, and aliases including Mamane Kante and Yadali Kouyate. The movements included consolidation addresses and swaps to Monero. Following the report, Tether froze 93,507.51 USDT at address 0x47967fe27f07fb54e9f4daa2541c0f75e27ddde7. The case is part of a series of crypto-related crimes in France, with two additional attacks identified. No arrests have been made.
