Zerostack Corp. said its digital asset holdings were valued at approximately $1.06 billion as of August 23, 2026, including about $1.028 billion in MemeCore tokens and approximately $36 million in 0G tokens. The portfolio equated to about $18.19 per share on a partially diluted basis, compared with a stock price of roughly $4.71, a 74% discount. Zerostack acquired 925,925,926 MemeCore tokens through an equity swap and has been staking its 0G holdings to help fund operations.
