Yuexiu Services (06626.HK) reported 2026 first-half revenue of about RMB 1.91 billion, down 2.4% year-on-year, and profit attributable to company owners of about RMB 223 million to RMB 224 million, down 6.6%. Gross margin rose 0.2 percentage points to 21.5%, while the company proposed an interim dividend of RMB 0.089 per share, up 12.1%, with the payout ratio increased to 60%. Core property management revenue rose 17.3% to RMB 840 million and, together with commercial operations and management, accounted for 59% of revenue. Managed area reached 79.82 million square meters and contracted area 95.02 million square meters at the end of June, despite the exit of about 5.04 million square meters of low-efficiency projects. Yuexiu Services also reorganized its value-added businesses around lifestyle services, community commerce and asset services. Cash and time deposits totaled about RMB 4.906 billion. Management said third-party receivables turnover was 82 days, or about 75 days excluding prior-year fine-decoration prepayments, and described M&A as active but selective, with emphasis on safety, operational quality, synergy and reasonable valuations.
