InnoCare Pharma (HKEX: 09969; SSE: 688428) reported a 55.5% year-on-year increase in first-half 2026 revenue to RMB 1.1 billion and profit of RMB 239.7 million, reversing a loss in the same period last year. Drug sales rose 43.2% to RMB 918.1 million, supported by orelabrutinib, tafasitamab and zurletrectinib, while research and development investment increased 10.5% to RMB 497.1 million. Cash and related accounts totaled approximately RMB 8.4 billion as of 30 June 2026. The company said all four approved orelabrutinib indications were included in the updated National Reimbursement Drug List, and it continued to expand globally after approvals in Singapore and Australia. Key development milestones included Australian approval of orelabrutinib, acceptance in China of applications for orelabrutinib in immune thrombocytopenia and zurletrectinib in pediatric solid tumors, positive Phase III results for the TYK2 inhibitors soficitinib and fadeucravacitinib, and the launch of Phase III studies involving orelabrutinib and mesutoclax. InnoCare also received three Investigational New Drug approvals for ICP-538, ICP-054 and ICP-B208, while an application for ICP-B381 was accepted.
