More than 100 members of Teamsters Local 120 at Cass-Clay Creamery in Fargo, North Dakota, have overwhelmingly ratified a new contract providing improved wages and benefits, health care, a pension and additional workplace protections. The facility is part of Dairy Farmers of America's broader dairy network and produces, packages and ships fluid milk, Stonyfield yogurt pouches and other dairy products across North Dakota and nearby communities. The agreement also includes successor language, stronger workplace protections, and a grievance and arbitration process. Teamsters Local 120 represents more than 15,000 workers in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota.
