Eoptolink Technology increased inventory value 61% year over year to 11.7 billion yuan, roughly $1.7 billion, in the first half of 2026 as it secured scarce components ahead of sustained demand for high-speed optical modules used in AI data centers. First-half revenue reached 20.91 billion yuan, up 100.34%, while net profit attributable to shareholders rose 90.98% to 7.53 billion yuan; second-quarter net profit was 4.75 billion yuan, approximately 70% above the first quarter. Gross margin was around 48.5%. The company is a leading supplier of 800G and 1.6T optical modules and has secured significant orders from NVIDIA and AWS, including LPO, or linear pluggable optics, technology supplied to AWS. Holding specialized lasers, modulators and semiconductor dies can help Eoptolink meet hyperscaler orders despite long lead times and limited qualified suppliers.
