Strive, Inc. is funding Bitcoin purchases through an at-the-market program in its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, SATA, which pays a 13% annualized dividend distributed daily and has stayed near its $100 par value. The company said its Bitcoin-reserve-related ATM issuance continued for five consecutive trading days, while it crossed $10 million in SATA ATM proceeds and converted that capital into more than 130 Bitcoin. Larger weekly windows showed higher throughput: roughly $32.9 million raised on August 20-21 for about 440 Bitcoin and $40.35 million raised from August 24-26, 2026, for approximately 510.69 Bitcoin. An August 24 Form 8-K confirmed a separate 1,110-BTC purchase between August 17 and 21 at an average of about $73,409, lifting holdings from 20,246 BTC to 21,356 BTC and reinforcing Strive's position among the largest public corporate Bitcoin treasuries. The $500 million SATA authorization from December 2025 is equity-only, activated only at or above par, and avoids the creditor liquidation risk associated with debt-funded Bitcoin strategies, although the high dividend must still be supported by operations or Bitcoin appreciation.
