Aggreko Inc. has filed a Form F-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker AGKO. The Glasgow-based company has not disclosed the number of shares or the price range. Its potential IPO valuation is estimated at $12 billion to $20 billion. Aggreko reported approximately $3.4 billion in 2025 revenue, up 20% from the prior year, and adjusted EBITDA of about $1.3 billion, a 37% margin and roughly 19% annual growth. Data-center revenue reached $391 million, or 11% of total sales, after expanding at a 66% annualized rate since 2021. The company was taken private in 2021 by TDR Capital and I Squared Capital for roughly £2.3 billion to £2.6 billion, or about $3.2 billion to $3.4 billion at the time, after being listed in London. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Bank of America are leading the offering among 12 participating banks and firms. Aggreko rents mobile and modular power, temperature-control and battery-storage equipment and provides energy services to industries, utilities, emerging-market clients, data centers and major international events.
