Boeing received a contract with a maximum value of $131.23 billion for the F-15 Eagle Crest program, covering aircraft production, systems integration, modernization, upgrades, retrofits, sustainment and depot-level repair work through August 2037. The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award, announced Aug. 24, is expected to expand Boeing’s defense backlog and provide long-term revenue visibility, although individual task orders will determine the actual value realized. Foreign Military Sales provisions name Japan, Israel, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia and Poland, but Poland’s Armament Agency said it is not currently pursuing an F-15EX acquisition. Boeing shares remain below key technical resistance despite analysts’ consensus Buy rating and an average price target of $273.13.
