Helium Evolution Incorporated (TSXV:HEVI, OTCQB:HEEVF) closed a private placement on Aug. 24, 2026, raising gross proceeds of $25 million, including $23.7 million from new international investors, alongside participation from insiders and other investors. The financing issued 166,666,667 units at $0.15 each, with every unit comprising one common share and one three-year warrant exercisable at $0.30. It also included 6,317,200 finder’s warrants issued to Auctus Advisors LLP and $1,184,475 in cash fees. The proceeds are intended to advance exploration and development across the company’s southern Saskatchewan helium assets, including drilling and infrastructure initiatives, and for general corporate purposes. In its interim report for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, Helium Evolution reported net losses of $717,000 and $1.151 million, respectively, compared with $196,000 and $871,000 a year earlier. Cash and cash equivalents were $2.002 million, working capital was $2.037 million, total assets were $19.468 million and total liabilities were $1.387 million at June 30, 2026. The company said its financial position was also supported by a significant reduction in land tenure costs under Saskatchewan’s updated helium framework. Helium Evolution is now focused on drilling and permitting activities across its most prospective assets as it works toward helium production. The company has more than five million acres under permit near proven discoveries of economic helium concentrations.
