Datavault AI Inc. received another 180-day Nasdaq compliance period, extending its deadline to February 22, 2027, to restore a minimum closing bid price of $1. The extension followed an earlier Aug. 24 deadline, when DVLT was about 68% below the threshold and had recorded sub-$1 close or last prices since Aug. 7, including $0.3186 on Aug. 21. The shares will continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the DVLT ticker. Datavault may conduct a reverse stock split if necessary, although such a transaction would mechanically raise the per-share price without creating economic value or resolving its capital needs. DVLT rose 4.68% to $0.32 in Wednesday premarket trading but remains below its 50-day, 100-day and 200-day simple moving averages. Its February death cross remains bearish, while an RSI of 45.91 indicates neutral momentum. The stock has fallen 25.31% over 12 months and trades closer to its 52-week low of $0.25 than its $4.10 high.
