Leonid Radvinsky, the late owner of OnlyFans, received a $709 million payout months before his death in March, bringing total dividends from the company since 2021 to $2.5 billion. UK filings by the platform’s parent detailed the distribution alongside earlier payouts of about $1.8 billion. Fenix International previously reported $1.6 billion in revenue and $715 million in pretax profit for the year ended November 2025, with dividends of $535 million for that year and a further $174 million into early 2026. Radvinsky, who bought a 75% stake in 2018 for a reported $30 million after building wealth at MyFreeCams, had an estimated net worth of $4.7 billion when he died. Ultimate control passed to his widow, Yekaterina Chudnovsky, as sole trustee of the LR Fenix Trust. Weeks later, Architect Capital took a 16% stake in a deal variously valued around $3.1 billion to $3.2 billion, saying it would develop creator financial products and broaden the platform beyond adult content.
