The Gamma filing, dated 26/08/2026 and based on positions as of 25/08/2026, reported 182,730 ordinary shares, or 0.20%, plus cash-settled derivatives referencing 1,520,687 securities, or 1.70%, for a total position of 1,703,417 securities, or 1.91%. The Gamma filing also recorded a sale of 32,011 ordinary shares at GBP 1.2000 per share. Man Group said it was not making disclosures for any other party to either offer and reported no relevant indemnity, option, dealing or derivative-related voting arrangements.
