Chemours published its 2025 Sustainability Report, reporting an 80% reduction in air and water process emissions of fluorinated organic chemicals since 2018 and a 57% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse-gas emissions. The company also reported a 30% decline in absolute Scope 3 emissions, zero Tier 1 process safety events and zero distribution safety incidents in 2025. Chemours said it remains on track toward its 2030 targets for reducing fluorinated organic chemical process emissions by 99% or more and Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 60%. The report also highlights Opteon low-global-warming-potential refrigerants and two-phase liquid cooling technologies for improving energy efficiency and reducing water use, including in AI infrastructure.
