Ken Villum Klausen, Peter Andreasen and Joachim Strøjer Hansen, Lunar’s former CEO, CFO and CPO, have raised €8.2 million (roughly $9.6 million) in pre-seed funding for Repodo, an artificial-intelligence startup focused on automating audit work. The round was led by Hedosophia and Seed Capital, which also backed Lunar. Repodo plans to automate tasks such as data collection, transaction analysis and pattern matching, while qualified auditors handle the human judgment required for legal sign-off. The company is initially targeting SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in Denmark before expanding across Europe. It estimates the global audit market at approximately €80 billion, including around €74 billion in Europe, and says enterprise-focused investment by the Big Four—Deloitte, PwC, EY and KPMG—has left smaller businesses relatively underserved by advanced technology.
