Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, North America’s largest regional amusement-resort operator, plans to move its corporate headquarters from Charlotte, N.C., to its existing offices at Choctaw Stadium in Arlington, Texas, by March 2027. Arlington will become the primary hub for corporate leadership and shared business functions, supporting the company’s network of 34 amusement and water parks and nine resorts across North America. President and CEO John Reilly said the relocation will bring teams together, improve collaboration and strengthen support for the company’s parks and resorts. Arlington is also home to Six Flags Over Texas, which opened in 1961. Six Flags said it will continue investing in the Charlotte region, including Carowinds and Carolina Harbor, and plans to open Rip Roarin’ Falls there in 2027. The company also outlined major attractions planned across its portfolio for the 2027 season. An office will remain in Sandusky, Ohio.
