SuperX AI Technology has secured a $38.8 million purchase order from Woodman Inc., a Japanese technology company, to supply Nvidia B300 GPU-based server clusters for an artificial intelligence infrastructure project in Yokohama. The agreement, signed through SuperX's wholly owned Japanese subsidiary SuperX Industries Co., Ltd., is the companies' first commercial transaction, with delivery scheduled for mid-November 2026. SuperX had received an advance payment equal to 20% of the order value as of August 20, while the remaining balance is due before shipment. The deal expands SuperX's Japanese product offering beyond systems based on Nvidia's RTX Pro 6000 platform and supports its strategy of providing integrated AI infrastructure, including servers, liquid cooling, power distribution and data center solutions. Woodman plans to use the clusters as core infrastructure for projects that apply available electricity and computing resources to AI and high-performance computing. SUPX shares initially rose about 2% in premarket trading before closing down 2.88% at $10.24, while Nvidia shares gained 1.42% at the time of the announcement.
