U.S. stock futures rose Tuesday morning, with Nasdaq 100 futures gaining more than 200 points, but Vipshop Holdings Ltd – ADR (NYSE:VIPS) fell 4.9% to $13.62 in pre-market trading after reporting second-quarter earnings of 12 cents per share, below the analyst consensus estimate of 51 cents. Quarterly sales reached $3.641 billion, exceeding the $3.620 billion consensus estimate. Other pre-market decliners included Aclaris Therapeutics, Gorilla Technology Group, Liberty Global, ZKH Group, Phoenix Asia Holdings, Omnicom Group and Grand Canyon Education.
