Gatik has closed a $200 million Series D round led by Qatar Investment Authority and Koch Disruptive Technologies, with participation from Millennium Management, ARK Invest and Intact Private Capital, among others. The financing, which closed on Aug. 25, 2026, is the company’s largest to date and brings total outside capital raised since its 2017 founding to approximately $352 million to $375 million. Gatik operates autonomous Class 6 and Class 7 box trucks on fixed middle-mile routes between distribution centers and stores, serving Fortune 50 retailers and major grocers across Texas, Arizona, Arkansas and other states, as well as Canada. The company said in January 2026 that it had become the first to operate sustained, revenue-generating, fully driverless freight routes at scale in North America. Gatik has reported more than $600 million in contracted revenue and 85,000 fully driverless orders, and plans to use the new capital to expand its fleet, commercial operations, geographic footprint, technology, infrastructure and workforce. Its partners include PepsiCo in the United States and Loblaw in Canada, while vehicle integration is supported by Isuzu and NVIDIA DRIVE provides the underlying compute platform.
