Gaotu Techedu Inc. reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of RMB1,670.1 million, up 20.2% from a year earlier, while gross billings rose 19.4% to RMB2,689.1 million. Operating loss narrowed 38.1% to RMB149.8 million and net loss fell 37.1% to RMB135.8 million; non-GAAP net loss declined 37.6% to RMB129.1 million. Net operating cash inflow increased 46.3% to RMB861.2 million. For the first six months, revenue rose 16.6% to RMB3,359.5 million and gross billings increased 17.3% to RMB3,685.3 million, although net loss widened 10.1% to RMB101.3 million and operating cash inflow fell 70.6% to RMB32.8 million. Gaotu said it is expanding the use of AI and digital tools across teaching, learner services and operations, and forecast third-quarter revenue of RMB1,838 million to RMB1,858 million, up 16.4% to 17.7% year over year.
