Anza CEO @bw_solana said a 300-millisecond setting is pending on Solana mainnet (the production blockchain network) and is expected to begin with epoch 1024, in about three days. The rollout is part of SIMD-0525, which aims to reduce Solana’s standard slot time, the interval for processing a block, from 400 milliseconds to 200 milliseconds.
