Oro, a financial AI platform that converts complex user intent into multi-step execution, has completed a $3 million strategic financing round, bringing its cumulative funding to $4 million. MH Ventures and Mapleblock Capital co-led the round, with participation from M2M Capital, Archer Capital and X21 Digital, while Disrupt.com and ZIGLabs provided follow-on strategic support. Oro uses non-custodial execution (users retain control and sign transactions) to turn natural-language prompts into multi-step transaction routes. The company says it has more than 350,000 independent active users, supports over 80 languages and has completed mainnet integrations with Morpho, Kamino, Lido, Aave, Uniswap and Raydium. An activity launched with Ondo Finance recorded more than 50,000 verification completions on its first day. Oro plans to use the capital for core AI and agent development, including its proprietary Shield Engine and natural-language execution stack; global market expansion and user acquisition; a policy-constrained self-custody compliance framework; and the expansion of its engineering, AI research and enterprise B2B teams. Over the next 6 to 12 months, it aims to reach 10 million active users, launch native iOS and Android applications, and expand as a B2B and B2C intent-routing layer.
