North America accounts for over 40% of global share in AI-based blood cancer therapeutics, supported by digital health infrastructure, genomic data access and concentrated venture capital. Investment includes approximately $500 million for Exscientia, approximately $400 million for Insilico Medicine and $400 million for XtalPi in AI-driven biologics pipelines. Sanofi has deployed $300 million to integrate real-world oncology data, while its collaboration with Insilico Medicine has a headline value of $1.2 billion including R&D milestones and tier-based royalties. Predictive models can reduce clinical trial durations by up to 50%, while deep-learning systems classify leukemia subtypes with over 97% accuracy. Digital pathology platforms including Harvard's CHIEF and PathAI identify mutations through virtual sequencing with 94%–96% accuracy, and biomarker tools identify markers including PD-L1 expression and Tumor Mutational Burden with 85%–95% accuracy. The report highlights digital twins, quantum simulation, knowledge graphs, radiogenomics and AI-guided nanotechnology drug delivery as emerging investment areas.
