Intuit forecast fiscal 2027 revenue of $23.28 billion to $23.51 billion, or 9% to 10% growth, below analysts’ $23.72 billion estimate compiled by LSEG. The outlook implies a slowdown from the company’s 14% revenue growth in fiscal 2026. Intuit attributed the deceleration to weaker marketing platform sales, continued declines in desktop products and lower average revenue per TurboTax customer after changes intended to attract more users. TurboTax revenue is expected to grow 2% to 3% in fiscal 2027, versus 7% in fiscal 2026, while Mailchimp revenue is expected to be flat to down 1%. Shares, already down more than 44% this year, fell 13% in extended trading. Intuit also forecast first-quarter revenue below expectations and adjusted earnings per share below analysts’ estimates, while fourth-quarter revenue rose 13.6% to $4.35 billion and topped forecasts.
