KiiChain says delayed warnings let attackers drain Cosmos EVM networks

Delayed warnings allowed attackers to continue draining funds from affected Cosmos EVM networks before those networks were halted, KiiChain said. Cosmos EVM refers to Cosmos networks compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine.
