EyePoint, Inc. shares fell $9.88, or 66.98%, to close at $4.87 on Aug. 17, 2026, after the company disclosed topline results from the Phase 3 LUGANO trial of DURAVYU, also known as vorolanib intravitreal insert, for wet age-related macular degeneration. EyePoint said the change from baseline in best-corrected visual acuity versus 2 mg aflibercept, the active ingredient in Regeneron Pharmaceuticals’ Eylea, was not met in the entire dataset. Pomerantz LLP is investigating whether EyePoint and certain of its officers or directors engaged in securities fraud or other unlawful business practices. The investigation concerns potential investor claims and does not establish wrongdoing.
