Waystar (Nasdaq: WAY) appointed Amit Khanna as Chief Product and Technology Officer and 24-year company veteran Todd Woods as Chief Commercial Officer on Aug. 25, 2026, then unveiled new AltitudeAI-powered agentic capabilities on Aug. 26 to advance its autonomous healthcare revenue cycle vision. The tools are designed to act across revenue cycle workflows with less human intervention, including autonomous claim resubmissions, conversational analytics, clinical documentation support and a patient financial concierge. Waystar says payers ultimately reimburse approximately 70% of initially denied claims, early conversational analytics users reported up to a 75% reduction in analysis time, and its clinical documentation capability is expected to reduce review time by approximately 25%. Khanna joined from Salesforce and will lead product and technology strategy, while Woods will direct commercial strategy. Waystar serves more than 30,000 clients representing over 1 million distinct providers and processes more than 7.5 billion healthcare payment transactions annually, including over $2.4 trillion in gross claims.
