The tokens were part of 131.8 million EIGEN that Polychain unstaked three months ago. Polychain later restaked 46.86 million EIGEN, while its current holdings stand at 70.29 million EIGEN excluding the Coinbase Prime deposit. The transfer does not by itself establish that the tokens were sold.
