Hanmi Global ranked sixth globally, excluding U.S. firms, in the CM/PM category of Engineering News-Record’s 2026 ENR Top International Survey, marking its highest position on record and the best result by a Korean company across ENR’s major construction-industry rankings. The ranking was based on $255.8 million in combined domestic and international CM/PM revenue last year, including $139.4 million from overseas operations. Hanmi Global ranked ninth based solely on international revenue. The company introduced project management services to South Korea in 1996, entered the global top 10 in 2019 and reached eighth place in 2022. It has completed more than 3,300 projects in 66 countries and is expanding overseas, particularly in the United States and the Middle East. Recent work includes an 87-story residence in Mecca, a Riyadh urban regeneration project, housing and infrastructure projects in Kuwait, and a PM contract related to equipment upgrades at Romania’s Cernavoda nuclear power plant. Its U.S. subsidiary Otak also signed a $400 million engineering services procurement contract with the National Park Service for national park infrastructure improvements and maintenance. Hanmi Global is pursuing a U.S. SMR business development company and says it aims to enter the global top five.
