One 250 million USDC issuance was identified as minted by USDC Treasury. Reported valuations for that issuance were $249,998,750, $249,996,125 and about $249,987,500 across related records and a newer source post. The newer update said the issuance added 250 million USDC to circulation but provided no timing or intended-allocation details.
