Anta Sports (02020.HK) reported record first-half 2026 revenue of RMB43.51 billion, up 12.9% year over year, while net profit rose 34.9% to RMB9.49 billion. The board declared an interim dividend of HK$1.51 per share, compared with HK$1.37 a year earlier. According to newer Gate market data cited by ChainCatcher, Anta shares finished 9.53% higher after rallying in afternoon trading, while the Hang Seng Index rose 0.56% and the Hang Seng Tech Index gained 0.82%; an earlier market report had put Anta’s closing gain at about 5.8%. Excluding the gain from equity dilution related to the Amer Sports placement and the share of associates’ results, adjusted profit attributable to shareholders increased 9.6% to RMB7.23 billion. On a consolidated basis excluding the equity-dilution impact, net profit rose 12.9% to RMB7.94 billion. Gross margin improved to 63.9% and operating margin to 27.0%. The all-other-brands portfolio, led by DESCENTE, KOLON SPORT and JACK WOLFSKIN, delivered the strongest growth, while e-commerce accounted for 35.7% of group revenue. Anta said the second half would focus on reviving JACK WOLFSKIN, the proposed acquisition of a 29.06% stake in PUMA SE, artificial intelligence investment and overseas expansion.
