Bitcoin’s Realized Cap Impulse has ended 93 straight days of negative readings, turning positive after the longest capital-contraction cycle since the 2022 bear market. Alphractal data shared by analyst Crazzyblockk show the 30-day realized-cap change crossed zero on Aug. 20 near $73,000 after a negative stretch dating to mid-May, and it has held positive for eight days through Aug. 28 as bitcoin rose about 8% to roughly $78,900. The latest reading is 0.198, below an Aug. 26 peak of 0.226. Related CryptoQuant framing had shown realized-cap inflows near +0.21% and 30-day SOPR above one for six days, though both signals stayed historically weak. Similar late-bear flips preceded large gains in 2015, 2019, and 2023, but 2018 and early 2022 turns did not bring immediate sustained rallies. Analysts say lasting positive readings confirmed by price matter more than a single break, and it remains too early to call a strong new upcycle.
