Einride founder and CEO Robert Falck has co-founded Navisalma, a new venture firm that plans to invest 5 billion Swedish kronor, about $530 million, in deep-tech startups focused on areas including energy systems and robotics over the next three years. Navisalma aims to develop at least 10 unicorns—startups valued at $1 billion or more—within 10 years. The firm’s founders also include Falck’s spouse, Linnéa Kornehed Falck, and former McKinsey partner Robert Westerdahl. Its initial fundraising target exceeds 400 million Swedish kronor, with some backing coming from prominent Swedish entrepreneurs. Navisalma has already invested in Abundry, a startup using artificial intelligence to optimize energy systems.
