Separate Benzinga Pro screens identified three utility stocks and three communication services stocks with relative strength index (RSI) readings near or below 30, a level commonly associated with potentially oversold conditions. CenterPoint Energy, NiSource and Hawaiian Electric had RSI readings of 28.1, 26 and 25.5 after monthly declines of about 12%, 11% and 14%, respectively. GameSquare Holdings, LQR House and Haoxi Health Technology had RSI readings of 21.1, 26 and 20.5. Oversold readings may attract traders seeking short-term rebounds, but RSI alone does not show that a stock is undervalued or guarantee a recovery.
