Hyperliquid Strategies Inc. (NASDAQ: PURR) shares reached a new all-time high Thursday, climbing as high as $14.14 and trading up 20.93% near $13.99, after reporting $305.5 million in net income for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. Earnings were driven mainly by $709.9 million in unrealized gains on its HYPE treasury as holdings more than doubled to about 29.3 million tokens, leaving $2.06 billion in total assets, $1.87 billion in equity and no debt. Recent strength also followed White House remarks from President Donald Trump that the CFTC chair—identified in some coverage as Mike Selig and in other reporting as Brian Quintenz—was working to bring Hyperliquid into U.S. markets. On August 27, HYPE pushed through its prior record above $85, trading near $85.26 with roughly 5% daily and 16.8% weekly gains, open interest near $3.9 billion and futures volume about 17 times spot. Qualifying fees feed an Assistance Fund that buys HYPE on the open market and treats the tokens as burned, while Solana led a wider altcoin advance and total crypto market capitalization stood near $2.65 trillion.
