JinkoSolar Holding Co. Ltd. appointed Wei “Dimi” Du as chief executive officer effective Aug. 26, 2026, succeeding Xiande Li, who will remain chairman and chair the compensation committee and the nominating and corporate governance committee. The company said Li’s resignation as CEO was not due to disagreement and is not expected to have a material impact on business operations. Du previously served as vice president of strategic investment and held earlier investment and chairman-support roles at JinkoSolar and Jinko Power Technology. Li said the transition will allow him to focus on long-term strategy, board governance and major strategic decisions, while Du oversees daily operations, strategic execution and group-level capital allocation.
