JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of RMB12.36 billion ($1.82 billion), down 31.3% from a year earlier and below the $2.12 billion analyst consensus, while revenue rose 0.9% from the first quarter. The company posted an adjusted loss of $2.54 per ADS, wider than the estimated 70 cents, and reported a GAAP net loss attributable to ordinary shareholders of RMB697.3 million ($102.8 million), compared with RMB876.4 million a year earlier. Module shipments totaled 15,961 megawatts, bringing first-half shipments to 29.6 GW, with about 70% delivered overseas. Gross margin fell to 4.2% from 8.3% sequentially, pressured by lower module prices, production ramp-up costs and low-value orders. JinkoSolar lowered its 2026 module shipment forecast to 60 GW-70 GW from 75 GW-85 GW and expects third-quarter shipments of 15 GW-17 GW. Wei "Dimi" Du succeeded Xiande Li as CEO, while Li remains chairman. The company plans to exceed 40 GW of TOPCon 3.0 capacity and reach about 100 GW of integrated production capacity by year-end, and expects energy-storage-system shipments to more than double in 2026.
