Indian startup Runable has raised $21 million in an all-equity, primary Series A co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital and Nexus Venture Partners, with existing investors Together Fund and Array VC also participating. The financing valued the Bengaluru-based company at $65 million after investment as of October 2025, according to co-founder and CEO Umesh Kumar. Founded in 2025 by Kumar and Saksham Sarda, Runable builds AI agents that generate websites, applications, presentations and other materials from natural-language prompts, while also handling basic deployment and data analysis. The company is expanding toward helping small businesses attract customers through advertising, social media, SEO and AI chatbot results, and said it will use the new funding to reduce AI inference costs and strengthen infrastructure, marketing and distribution. Runable launched version 2.0 in early April 2026 and says it reached a $2 million annualized revenue run rate within roughly three weeks of launching payments in March. It reports about 1.7 million registered users, with the U.S., UK and Japan among its largest markets. Users processed more than 1 trillion large-language-model inference tokens over the previous 90 days, with paying customers responsible for 60% to 70% of the total. The startup operates with negative gross margins partly because it subsidizes AI usage, but expects lower inference costs and its end-to-end workflow across infrastructure, analytics and distribution to improve economics versus coding platforms and general-purpose agents.
