Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. reported assay results from hole MM26-10 at its Murdock Mountain project in Nevada, including a weighted-average intersection of 10.89% P2O5 over 3.60 metres of true thickness. The 1.5-kilometre step-out successfully intersected the Upper Phosphate Zone and extended the confirmed strike of phosphate mineralization to more than 3 kilometres. The company said the result supports continued evaluation of a laterally extensive, nearly flat-lying sedimentary horizon within the Meade Peak Member of the Phosphoria Formation. Heavy-metal and contaminant assays will be released after processing and review. Nevada Organic Phosphate describes its project as a 6.6-kilometre organic-certifiable sedimentary raw rock phosphate bed in northeast Nevada, with additional applications extending potential phosphate strike to more than 30 kilometres.
