Microsoft Corp. and Saudi Arabian artificial intelligence company HUMAIN announced on Aug. 27, 2026, the first milestone of a long-term strategic collaboration focused on accelerating enterprise and public-sector AI adoption in Saudi Arabia. HUMAIN’s ALLAM Arabic-language models are intended for integration with Microsoft Foundry and the Microsoft 365 Copilot ecosystem, giving developers and businesses tools to build, customize and deploy applications and specialized agents for Arabic-language and regional requirements. HUMAIN specialists will also work alongside Microsoft’s Forward Deployed Engineers and customer teams to identify high-value use cases, integrate AI into existing workflows, configure and optimize deployments, and help organizations move from experimentation to business-critical production. The companies plan to explore broader cooperation involving productivity, devices, models, infrastructure and joint go-to-market initiatives across Saudi Arabia, the Middle East and Africa. HUMAIN is a Public Investment Fund company that develops AI infrastructure, data centers, cloud platforms, Arabic-language models and industry-specific applications. Microsoft shares fell 0.75% to $488.01 in Wednesday’s premarket session, according to Benzinga Pro, while analysts maintained a consensus Buy rating and an average price forecast of $554.40.
