VCI Global Limited, listed on Nasdaq as VCIG, announced Galatron AI Factory, a prefabricated modular data center platform for high-density AI computing and token generation. The company is targeting up to 500 megawatts of aggregate AI compute capacity across its global campus pipeline under a five-year roadmap. Its initial 5MW module is being designed around NVIDIA B300-class infrastructure, with commercial power-on targeted for the third quarter of 2027. Based on current configuration and operating assumptions, each module could support more than 5 trillion AI tokens annually, while the full 500MW roadmap could support approximately 670 trillion. The estimates are illustrative and depend on hardware, workloads, utilization, power availability and other operating conditions. VCI Global said the platform is intended to address constraints involving power, grid connectivity, cooling and data center construction timelines, while future deployments may use newer AI accelerators and may integrate solid oxide fuel cells, renewable energy and flexible grid systems.
