VPT, Inc., a HEICO company, announced on Aug. 26, 2026, that customers in the United States can purchase popular VPT and VXR Series products through DigiKey, including DC-DC converters, EMI filters and accessories. The authorized distribution partnership gives organizations familiar with DigiKey an additional procurement route. The VXR Series comprises high-reliability COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) DC-DC converters for demanding commercial avionics, military and unmanned-system applications. Its products are designed for severe vibration, shock and temperature cycling, with an extended input-voltage range and fully encapsulated epoxy V-SHIELD packaging supporting operation from -55 °C to +105 °C. DigiKey will also offer the recently released VXR125-27000S, the VXR Series' first 270 V input DC-DC converter. VPT's Hi-Rel VPT Series is designed for harsh environments and critical applications, providing performance from -55 °C to +100 °C. The products are subject to export-license restrictions, including possible ITAR (U.S. rules governing defense-related exports) and Export Administration and Foreign Assets Control Regulations requirements.
