He highlighted Ouroboros Leios and Hydra, a Layer-2 scaling initiative, as development efforts aimed at improving Cardano’s capacity and transaction efficiency. Hoskinson also proposed cooperation between Cardano and Ethereum developers, including exploration of Cardano’s UTXO-based technology, saying a working integration could emerge within months without funding or apologies over past disputes. The comments represent his clearest response yet to criticism of Cardano’s position among leading crypto networks.
