Kelly is White House deputy press secretary and one of the Trump administration’s core spokespersons, while Martin is a special assistant to the president and communications adviser who primarily shares information about presidential activities through social media. The market shift comes as reports say Karoline Leavitt will leave the post this Friday. In a separate, earlier Kalshi snapshot, CNN commentator Scott Jennings led at 30%, followed by Kelly at 17% and Martin at 11%.
