Toll Brothers, Inc. announced two luxury residential communities on Aug. 26, 2026: 2700 Westchester in Harrison, New York, and Crestmoor Estates in San Bruno, California. 2700 Westchester is scheduled to open for sale this fall with five townhome designs exceeding 2,900 square feet, three bedrooms, up to two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, two-car garages and an optional elevator in the Carlough design. Prices are expected to start at approximately $1.6 million. Planned amenities include an outdoor heated pool, outdoor kitchen and putting green, while the homeowners' association will cover landscaping, irrigation and snow removal from driveways to front doors. Crestmoor Estates has opened with two single-family home collections ranging from approximately 2,300 to 2,800 square feet, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two-car garages and front-yard landscaping. Prices start at approximately $2.1 million. The elevated San Bruno community offers mature trees, open space and Bay Area views, with access to BART, Caltrain, the San Mateo Transit System, major freeways, San Francisco International Airport, Silicon Valley, Oracle Park, Chase Center and Golden Gate Park. Both communities offer personalization through the Toll Brothers Design Studio. Toll Brothers said Fortune named it the No. 1 Most Admired Home Builder in its 2026 World's Most Admired Companies list, marking the ninth year it received the honor.
