MCAP Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share. The dividend will be paid on Sept. 1, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 25, 2026. The U.S.-based public holding company owns subsidiaries involved in securities trading and financial technology, including electronic market making, execution, securities trading technologies and algorithmic execution platforms. Its securities activities are conducted through wholly owned subsidiary MCAP LLC, a registered broker-dealer and FINRA/SIPC member.
