Tenable Holdings Inc. will join the S&P SmallCap 600 on Aug. 31, 2026, replacing Leggett & Platt Inc. before trading opens. The change follows Somnigroup International Inc.’s acquisition of Leggett & Platt, a transaction expected to close soon pending final closing conditions. Tenable, listed under ticker TENB, will be classified in the Information Technology sector, while Leggett & Platt, ticker LEG, is classified in Consumer Discretionary. S&P Dow Jones Indices, a division of S&P Global, announced the index change.
